Kris’ knowledge, experience and expertise in working with REO clients makes him a true professional in today's marketplace. He consistently delivers on-target results to his clients in his hallmark style of pinpoint professionalism, well characterized by his in-depth knowledge of the entire real estate transactional process—from contract to closing.
An industry veteran, Kris has developed a professional practice built upon the highly sensitive and individual needs of real estate investors, banks,lenders and with credit of having taught foreclosure classes with the Russ Whitney Organization to hundreds of real estate investors in the metro Atlanta area. Kris works with real estate investors in identifying “choice” property for their portfolios, whether it is for purposes of “flipping”, rental, new construction, or commercial… Kris takes care of his clients’ needs.
In todays market Kris's consulting experience encompasses:
· Actively prospecting for buyers and sellers through cold calling, sign calls, web exposure, and print advertising to turn these prospects into contracts and sales.
· Monitor listings, leads, contract management, and administrative details throughout the day to ensure customer service and client feedback.
· Consult with investors in buying, fixing and selling investment properties.
· BPO’s, Occupancy Status, REO Listings, Cash For Keys and access to property preservation, if needed.
· We always have a surplus of REO inventory to cross sell other REO listings if the property the prospect calls on is not available, or does not meet their needs.
As a direct result of his experience with real estate investors and banks, Kris applies his in-depth knowledge of real estate to buyers looking to purchase their primary residence. Also considered an expert marketer, Kris works in procuring and selling listings, quickly and at top dollar, by using varied, proven, successful marketing strategies.
