Kris Kolarich has been a licensed real estate professional since 2001 and has specialized in bank-owned properties, short sales, and hedge fund dispositions since 2006.
Over the course of his career, he has sold thousands of REO and distressed assets and completed more than 500 hedge fund transactions for firms including Invitation Homes, Hudson Homes, and Tricon.
